Thanks to the uniformly distributed, extremely fine carbides, the material benefits from outstanding heat and creep resistance and, at 1550 °C, the maximum recommended temperature of use is 150 °C higher than that of TZM.

Molybdenum-Hafnium-Carbon(MHC alloy) is a particle-reinforced molybdenum-based alloy which contains both hafnium and carbon.
